Airtime not carried ove

I have reported my airtime situation to Marco from VIP 1month ago. I was promised speedy action regarding R450.00 worth of minutes which was not given to me before migration took place wit my upgrade because Autopage was just too greedy for the sale to bother checking. I did my part-I paid all amounts necessary for my upgrade to take place and look at what inefficiency and incompetency I have to deal with now still after so long. Autopage you'd better credit my account so I can buy the airtime myself instead of nagging you for it! I would really like to have a good relationship with you going forward but you are making it very hard honestly!
