Not able to make contact for a month

I should have learnt from my previous bad experience with Nashua Mobile and taken my business elsewhere but because it was easier and less admin, I stayed with them when my contract finished at the end of last year. I ported over from Vodacom to Cell C for my new contract and since then (1 Jan), I have been unable to make any contact (sms or call) to one specific number - my husband's! You can imagine that this is a ridiculous and frustrating situation. I cannot count the amount of calls and emails trying to have this situation fixed and still no solution. To add to my frustrations, I have been waiting for my iPhone since the end of last year (no stock). I was told I was number 1 on the list but that was weeks ago. I have resorted to asking my husband (who happens to be a lawyer) to take over. I feel sorry for the consultants on the the other side of the line as I know the power is not in their hands so I don't blame them but this is ridiculous.
