Vodacom not honouring insurance

Vodacom declined my insurance application after my tablet got from my car. I tried to lock my car but it did not make the usual beep. after investigating i saw my back door was not properly closed.
when reporting it to police he noted that it is the mobiliser going around.

Only to realise later that night that my tablet was.
