Cell C & Opera Telcom -, Bad service et al

Cell C are permitting overseas operator, Opera Telcom, to take money off my daughters account without authorisation - they are colluding to as they are probably getting a kickback from Opera Telcom - at no time did she sign up for any services from Opera Telcom. Try and tell Cell C call centre or ask for help - what a mess Cell C is... every time she calls their call centre she gets a different response, none which are correct, and they never call back like they say they will. In Noordhoek, Cape Town, where she lives there is % reception and has to use another SIM card when at home. Cell C have got too big too fast and cannot meet all their advertising promises - they are going to fall hard. Consumers are onto them.
