Contract Phone Still Faulty After Numerous Repairs

I have a Sony Xperia Go on contract since June 2013.
Since the start the following happens haphazardly: the screen does not always respond to my touch, when I switch between screens there are green lines, the swipe action to answer a call disappears and the phone continues ringing, the "end call" button does not respond, the swipe action to switch off the alarm disappears and the alarm keeps sounding, error messages appear on screen when I take a photo, Playstore generates error when I try to download applications.
I have sent the phone in for repairs TWICE, and I always explain and write down exactly what is wrong, but nothing has changed.
I am disgruntled about this since I am paying for a phone and service that does not work.
Please Vodacom, could you attend to this query as it would be greatly appreciated.
