REFUSING TO GIVE ME A COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT

MTN claims almost R 9 000.00 from me, including an amount for early cancellation of my contract. They refuse to provide me with a calculation of how the amount for early cancellation is calculated, and they are unable to give me a copy of the signed contract for the latest upgrade. I was a client of theirs for more than 13 years. But they keep on bullying me to pay.
