NO TOP UP CONTRACTS

TOP UP contracts. g November last year I acquired 3 tabs from CellC Direct, of which two of the contracts were TOP UP and, during a later conversation, a R50 limit placed on the 3rd tablet. I now discover that none of my instructions were carried out. I spoke to Joyce on Monday who advised that my query had been escalated to management who in turn, would listen to the initial contract call and she said they would revert back to me within 48 hours. This morning I was advised that an email would be sent to the person that took my cell to conclude the initial contract. I now sit with incorrect billing and am no closer to a resolution, as CellC seem unable to commit themselves to a turnaround time for resolving queries. Also just a general warning to the public that the company's billing system is confusing and managing a tab without a Dialer, creates problems when trying to manage bandwidth.
