Impossible accounts

We have repeatedly asked for an enquiry into our accounts, as we have had fairly similar payments for approximatly 7 months and then suddenly from december these number multiplied and even doubled in some months.

We have limits on both phones of R 1400 but somehow they still seem to able to bill us for R 4400.

Also for the entire month of December we were in Namibia and did not have signal and thus did not use our phones for a majority of the time... Bill came R 4400.

It goes beyond my understanding how and average bill of 2200 can suddenly become 4400.
