I forgot, once again to pay my cellphone, my line was suspended probably a few minutes after I made payment
I emailed the proof of payment, &followed it up with a call to 140 to find out how long it would take to re-activate.
To be honest, 98% of the time I have nothing good to say about CellC from poor signal, no signal for hours, calls dropping, to incompetent call centre staff. I probably wont be renewing my contract when it expires for these reasons, but today I had the pleasure of speaking with the most helpful &efficient customer service consultant I have ever come across, not just within cellc or the industry
From what I can remember her name is Mabile. Mabile listened to my story first unlike others who cut you off so they can ask questions. We went through the security questions& immediately addressed the situation&advised that i will be connected by the time this call ends.

I know it might sound like she didnt do anything out of the ordinary but just the way she spoke and handled my request, friendly & 100% professional. The Call centre&stores can learn a thing or two from her. CellC should be proud to have her&use her as an example
