My Money not good enough

I was trying to do an change of ownership of a cell contract. I currently pay for the contract and I would like to take the contract over in my personal capacity. I was given the forms by the Glen branch and was told which documents to bring as proof, All the documents needed are to be reasonably new like Proof of residence, payslips and bank statements. I was outside the Glen branch on a Saturday morning 25/01/13. The Glen branch was not open by 09:45 am. I called head office and the operator augured with me that the branch was open although I was standing in front of a closed sign. They told me to go to Alberton City which I promptly did. This could not be more that 25 minutes later than 09:45 am and I was told that the Lady who is in the Kodak booth who shares the Altec store that the lady who works there is on lunch. I called head office again and spoke to customer services. A very unhelpful person told me to go to Braken City. At braken City I eventually handed all my documents in to maybe finally get the change of ownership on the way. I have been waiting almost two weeks. Head office has no record of my documents and Bracken City Altec is unwilling to assist me. All I want
