Cell C
No response from any one at Cell C

I won a Cell C dongle with 2gigs a month for a year, the item has been delivered to me. The sim card has to be Rica, i got an sms on the device saying i need to take it to the nearest store to Rica. I did, but the store said it isn't on their system so can't be done there. i have since emailed Cell C and even gone as far as tweeting them, yet still no response from any one.
