This is actually a concern per say, i checked today with Nashua mobile my accounts and the other account i have i don't use it anymore since taking it, when enquiring i took it in 2012 and it due for upgrade in November 2014.I would like to thank Selisa who really assisted me and checked for me and assisted me, what i want to do is to cancel the contract with immediate effect because i am not using it but paying R1849.75 penalty is really ridiculous, why should i pay that am not using it nd i don't know when was the last time i used the phone.
I am not prepared to pay that amount its way too much. I will be waiting for a feedback.
