Account debited with unauthorised amounts

My account reflects numerous debits of R3.07 for calls with no duration period and that I have not made. On querying the matter I was told that a certain company's "services" were being utilised. I informed Autopage that I never gave authority for these debits and I would like the amounts reversed. I was given the name of the company which sounded like "victorius" and told I must claim the refund from them, which is impossible as I have never even heard of them.
How can any arbitrary third party decide to debit my account and how can it be allowed? This sounds like a better than enatis transaction charges on car licenses!
I was also told that a manager would call me, which has not happened!
