Telkom cant meet customers needs!!!

Since the introduction of netflix on telkom,
The internet between 7pm - 1030 pm weekdays - IS TOTALLY USELESS,
Gaming becomes impossible on LOCAL SA servers such as DOTA2, Skype call is not even remotely possible.
Internet times out, Ping requests and tests reveal time outs and pings going past 2seconds, whereby the normal ping is 28ms.
THIS IS NOT a line issue, Other service provider such as AXXESS is flawless during this period.
During peak daylight hours 8am - 3pm. Ping is fine. Past midnight PING IS FINE.
indicating the exchange cant handle the load at night during Netflix streaming.

Now I pay a certain amount every month for a certain service, this is not a service I paid for.,
There is a reason why Telkom has been loosing customers each year as said by many articles that the last few years has been a decrease. it is because of events like this.
A simple rule, if you cant handle the load dont add to it. Dont introduce netflix if you sacrifice other peoples internet experience. If a car can take four passengers, DONT PUT 10 in it.

I am extremely outraged at telkom, I complained many times to call centre nothing happened.
I try calling now. and wait 15 mins, gave up
