Poor Service, No acknowledgement of Complaint/Feed

For the past 2 weeks Nashua Call Centre Credit Dept has been harrassing me about an outstanding account, of which the contract has been terminated ion the 15th October 2013, The consultant at the Shop in somerset West Mall who assisted me withthe completion of the forms, never forwarded the instruction to the cancellatons departments. I have taken the matter up with the Somerset West Branch in Somerset Mall, who then instruction the cancellations depart to cancell the contract, Deal nr, 997 8063, and he will sort out the outstanding aaccount with the Credit Dept. Only to receive another 2 - 3 phone calls from different people regarding the outstanding acc. Today I have called the, spoke to a variety of people, everything passing the buck, and nobody taking accountability to assist with my querry, Eventually I came accross Marshall Grove in the termination Depart, who confirmed that they did received my request, all documentation is loaded on the system, and he will now investigate and sort out the outstanding balance with the credit department, (ref nr. 1001842079). This has been a very bad experience, your staff has been going around making empty promises. Plse reply.
