My wife did upgrade her Blackberry contract in Mid Nov 2013.On 25 Dec 2013 the phone did not want to charge. We took it to there cust care centre in Canal Walk. 2 weeks later we got a call from them stating it will cost R1700 to repair. AS I understand the charging socket came loose. This on a new phone. Vodacom claims its due to physical damage. Easy way to get out of it. We are not happy as I requested a supervisor to call me more than a week ago and till today no one called. Qe collected the phone today and now the socket is completly loose thia was not like it when taken in. I am not prepared to pay this R1700 for something we did not do
