Charging BIS for a Nokia and refusing a refund

I upgraded from a Blackberry to a Nokia in September and cancelled my BIS. As of late I realised that I'm still paying for BIS. Now that I discovered that they have been deducting the amount from my account, they refuse to give me a refund although the contract doesn't include BIS. I see this as a breach of contract because BIS is exclusive to Blackberries and the monthly payments were not the same as stated in the contract. Upon arriving there to query the amount, I waited 15 min for someone to help me. The personnel weren't identifiable as they weren't wearing the uniforms or identifiable clothing. I find this kind of treatment highly unexceptable as I've been a client of Vodacom for 5 years.
