Eyond shocked!!!

I cannot believe that since last year when i ask for Cell C to come collect their phone from my house which was supposed to be done within 7 days of delivery date that id STILL BE IN POSSESSION OF THAT PHONE EVEN TODAY! Does Cell C have respect at all for their customers? or they are just a company that keeps debiting accounts of people who don't have contract with them?? are they not collecting this phone because they are hoping il end up opening and using it?? WELL, I WILL NOT OPEN IT AND THEY MUST COME GET IT! THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE!! SIES!!
