2nd Complaint - Never received my headset

Hi upgraded and was told on my quote that i will get a skullcandy headset, I never received it, i logged a ticket with vodacom 2 weeks ago and till now NO feedback! really service!!!

I'm now waiting from 13:35 Wed 22 Jan, and still nothing!!!
