Fraudelent upgrade no refund

A upgrade was done on my number 071 334 7329. i reported it as soon as i found out in the first week of december. 7 weeks later no response. i was billed 1600 instead of my usual 200 per month.
still no response on my refund. upgrades transfers me to cancellations who transfers me to accounts and the circle just goes round and round. just want my money refunded thats all.
i am an existing vodacom client and this is pathetic
