Terrible service once again

I was informed a while ago that i had an unpaid bill which was immediately
settled and i was told that everything was in order. So I recently applied for
finance, to my surprise & embarrassment i have a judgement against
my name from your legal department. This issue was settled ages ago..?
and now i find this out!
So after the misunderstanding and the immediate settlement, you guys still have the audacity to place a judgement against my name. Is this how you guys conduct business and treat your customers?
