Following my previous complaint earlier this week, my main line is reportedly going to receive a refund for the 250mb that was loaded onto my number instead of my wife's. However, that is only one leg of the complaint. As mentioned on previous report, my wife thought that this was loaded onto her account. Accordingly, she has been charged out of bundle rates for 250mb and that also needs to be resolved ASAP.
