HARASSMENT OF A CUSTOMER I BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE

IVE HAD THE SAME COMPLAINT BOUT JABBA CONNECT, I HAD ASKED FOR A SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET WHEN ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS OFFERED ME A CONTRACT I WAS PROMISED DELIVERY IN 7 WORKING DAYS I RECEIVED THE PHONE AFTER 3 WEEKS. AND I WAS GIVEN A SAMSUNG YOUNG NOT THE TABLET AS I WAS PROMISED, AFTER REPOTING IT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE COLLECTED AND 3 MONTHS LATER THE PHONE WAS STILL IN THE BOX UNUSED BUT I WAS STILL PAYING FOR THE CONTRACT. I WAS PROMICED THE AIRTIME WOULD ACCUMULATE IF UNUSED BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I ASKED IF I COULD TAKE THE PHONE ANYWHERE I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO GO TO VAAL AND I STAY IN THE EAST RAND VAAL IS A GOOD 3 HOUR DRIVE. THEY HAVE NEVER STOPED DEBITING MY ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER I REQUESTED THAT THE CONTRACT BE TERMINATED AND NOW THEY ARE THREATENING TO BLACK LIST ME AND I STILL HAVENT FOUND A SOLUTION NOR HAVE I BEEN TOLD WHAT I CAN DO.
