I would like to thank u guys for helping me get my fone back from cellc which I received on the 11 January unfortunately the phone still has the same problems I cant use it so I took it back today. Its now the third time going in for repairs in less than three months of the four months I have it for so I havent used this phone at all. Im paying every month for this phone but nothing is getting done for me as the customer, im not sure how they are repairing this phone when it comes out with the same problem again. I dont want the phone back cause I know it will come out with the same problem so I would like them to let me take a new phone I dont mind paying extra I just dont want the other phone back. Please can u assist me with this problem
