Horrible Support

Appalling support. Didn't listen to my problem faced with Lumia device. All they could say was take your phone to Nokia Care Center in Pretoria over and over again which is difficult for me as I live in another town a few hundred kilometers away. Its like the support team are amateurs. I used to be a Nokia fan but now the company is going to. Never will I buy or recommend a product of theirs again.
