Need info on contract that expires

I have a contract that is almost 2 years old. There is a tablet on the contract and I have a internet promo of R 199 pm for 10 gig.
I requested information from the service desk and Lambert Makova (LM) replied that I need to go to the front office. I requested this information from the service desk and NOT from the front office.
This is unacceptable, If i had the time i would have gone to the front office in the first place.
I need to know the following about my contract that expires end of Dec or in Jan.
* Do i need to give notice?
* Will the amount for the tablet end automatically?
* What happens to the data promo? Do i need to give notice, will then end automatically or will this continue until i give notice?
* If i need to give notice, when and how, telephonically or per mail, or do i need to go to the front office?
It is now almost the end of Nov, when can i expect WRITTEN FEEDBACK AND NOT A PHONE CALL. I do not answer my phone during the day
