3G NETWORK PROBLEMS FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS NOW

The 3g Internet signal started to drop the whole time. Technicians came to test several times and nothing. Eventually they came to install a booster and still it isn't working maximum download speed 0.7mbs and not even constant signal still dropping. Called the "service provider" or several times to hear what they can do but to date no answer. They even told me once that they will cancel all my contracts as to change something on the towers for me to have better signal. Ive been paying for almost 6 months now and did not receive any service from Vodacom.
