My 4 months old contract phone- Galaxy S4 is not working anymore. It cannot get past the samsung logo. The battery is swollen, i had to replace it. I have been holding on the phone for over 12 minutes and no one is answering in the repair centre. This is my primary phone and I need it working. This contract is new so i should not have to deal with things like this. Right now your stores tell me it will take upto 21 days for me to get my phone back, i cannot have that.
