Sick and Tired of waiting for my airtime!!!

I am really upset and sickk and tired of waiting for my airtime since the 15th of August, as I have piad for this already. on my contract I am supposed to be recharged every month on the 15th. I keep getting told that the airtime was allocated to me by Cell C but i did not recieve anything and keep getting told it was sent to me. I am sick of hearing this and want my airtime. the people that try to give me feedback from the FaerieGlen brach are so rude and unhelpfull!!!
