I have ordered a two sim card phone under prepaid, paid for it on the 27 July and the guy called David promised that I shall receive it withing 3 days. He gave me the Neotel banking details and i paid in full and till today i havent received it not even a communication from this guy. Everytime i call him, he keeps telling me he ordered the phone through Jabulani's name who is not there. Now how do i get my phone since this guy is not helping me.
