Incorrect billing and no rush to resolve

I contacted Cell C on the 06/06/2013 as i noticed that i have strangely been reached my call limit earlier in the month. Contacted Cell C (reference 3060602369) and chatted to an agent that was as confused as i was. After 27 minutes (placed on hold and 3 differing theories), it was confirmed that i have been overbilled for a few months and it was not noticed UNTIL I PICKED IT UP (meaning i would have been overcharged had i not noticed). Called through on Monday and the call was handled in an excellent manner however i was asked how much should I be paying?! How can the Service Provider up and thereafter ask me this? How difficult is it to pull a report on how much i have been paying for the past 3 and a half years and verify the difference. I would also like to know how did this happen in the first place and how come nobody picked it up?! I except a resolution asap as well as my account closed. I do not want to be dealing with a thieving company that are incompetent...* not sure how many people are ripped off to make you riche
