I have asked in September for my line to be opened for international roaming and had to pay R5000.00. I have payed the account when it came. I have now been trying since October to get the refund of the R5000.00 payed back into my bank account. When I do get hold of an consultant I am promised that everything will happen, but nothing up to now, 4 months later. I have now been calling for 2 days but can not get through. When I use the call back option nobody comes back to me. What do I have to do to get my money back?
