I called with regards to the availability of the new Ipad. Neria answered my call and assured me they had stock. I subsequently went to their brach were I was immediately helped and told that Neria would attend to me as soon as she was available. Neria and Christiaan assisted me within minutes. These two employees are most certainly an asset to MTN and portrays a very positive image to the public they serve.
