Apologies but I could not recall your first name.

We would just like to thank you for your efforts in resolving the BBM problem on the above Cellular Number as we have been trying to resolve many issues since MTN cancelled the sim card just over a week ago. What took almost two weeks to resolve in dropped calls, holding on forever and the lack of interest by MTN staff in general you managed to sort out in half a day. We have even been into the Bonaero Park MTN Store where they tried helping with telecommunication to a Mark who confirmed all was resolved when the problem still existed. Eventually the young man in this store turned around and said "sorry there is nothing further they can do" and then we managed to get you?

Again... A VERY VERY BIG THANK YOU. If you could follow up on the Primary number matters all will be back to normal.

We will have to buy you a big chocolate or something for your follow ups etc.

Please forward this to your supervisor as MTN could do with more staff like yourself.
