Great Telkom Service

I want to Thank Alic for his prompt and great service in moving my ADSL Telkom line.

We moved our line from Greenpoint to Woodstock, and although the Telkom call centre is still an area that needs a lot of attention, Telkom sent me an sms to confirm the installation date and Alic promptly phoned me that morning to give me a 15min heads-up.

He left my house in perfect condition (unlike some previous installers) and even left a note with his cell number should anything go wrong.

So once again, thanks for fantastic service and for taking pride in what you do.
