6th Dec I called Anne to make arrangements on my acc as I had a slight mishap with the 3G card which did not cut off at its limit like it was supposed to whilst I was downloading which left me with rather a large acct. I only pay my acc via EFT & made 1st pmt as scheduled. During Jan I have rec sms about pmt & emailed Anne on more than 1 occasion & was told to ignore sms. Now I get sms from my bank to say I need to load money as I have insufficient funds to pay for the debit order for NM which I never authorised. Absa will now charge penalties for insufficient funds & return of debit order which I hold NM liable for as I have never had a debit order on my account & have never instructed Nashua Mobile that they could do so. My records state that I will be paying the final account on the 25th via eft as I ONLY GET PAID ON THE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH. I will be expecting a credit or refund for Nashua Mobiles for not following arrangements. The call centre is no help. I have not been avoiding the issue & been in constant contact with Anne and this is how a long standing client gets treated - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!
