Still no answer from Telkom

After how many phone calls regarding my line move was I told sorry no ports. No one but no one bothered to come back to me. Are you guys so self assured in your monopoly of telecommunication that the average Joe does not matter. You quick to take our money but very slow on service. I have complained about this the beginning of January and still no one bothered to even say sorry
