Overcharging incorrectly, dont help to fix problem

Hi,
I am having problems sorting out my account, they charging me every month a different amount, my actual amount should be R399 and maybe over that, then its R1500, then R900, and so fourth, I would just like my account to be sorted out, I use Wi fi during the day, I cant understand what's up with this overcharging story, please help me on this, don't know what to do anymore... I have asked even for my billing account... and nothing has happened... please... and this is not the first time I am struggling with this... its now about 5 months se same story... only 1 month charged correctly... please help me...
