Terrible customer service not getting back to clie

I called yesterday at 12:40 and spoke to a lady at your Cell C store, she was supposed to call me back at 13:00, which didn't happen. I then called at 15:30 and spoke to Angie, she promised to call me back this morning as the systems were down. She didn't call me and I called the store this morning, they informed me that she is not in. I spoke to Mertia who could barely open her mouth to speak to me. I don't know how you can employ such incompetent people to deal with customers. She sounds like she is trying to talk, but it is too much effort for her to open her mouth and form her words properly. She then hung up the phone in my ear, when I called back, I spoke to Marnus, the line got cut again. I then continuously tried to call the number that's listed -0846340031 again, but it stayed engaged. How do you run a business? Rather close your doors as you are only causing a frustration to customers. You also messed up my friend-Mari Stein's insurance on her cellphone and the reception on cell c is way worse than Vodacom. If you cannot run a business properly and employ proper staff, rather close your doors. You may be cheaper, but I will also offer cheap service if there is NO SERVICE
