Pay for nothing

I'm paying R700.00 a month for internet that I cant use, because the more you tell them that the problem is with Telkom, the more they say that everything will be sorted out by end of February. People in Heidelberg and Riversdale have slow internet who are with Telkom, but still Afrihost wont take it up with Telkom.
These days is PAY AND KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT, because we are like the goverment!!!
At 07h19 my line were at a merely 576Kb/s and download at 72KB/s and thats on a 4meg line???
