I brought my Iphone in on 14/01/2014 for repairs. Initially I was told by Vodacom to take it to Istore as it was a software problem. Istore assured me it was a hardware problem and it had to be fixed by Vodacom as it had been purchased at Vodacom. I was told it would take 7-14 days (why?). Does Vodacom expect so many returns on their goods?

When I phoned to find out the status of my phone on 18 or 19, I was told that it hadn't been sent yet! I was assured that it would be prioritized. When I phoned back on the 20 and spoke to Divan, I found out that it hadn't been prioritized and was still awaiting "allocation"! I phoned back on 21 at 10:30 and it still hadn't been sent.

I run my business, diary, notebook and personal life from my phone. This is a disgrace.
