Complete disaster since 1st day as client

Since we received our devices we've been unhappy, mislead, quoted incorrect information anything that could go wrong with a contract did, now this is the second time Blanche is assisting us and frankly THIS IS THE WORST NETWORK WE COULD HAVE EVER CHOSEN.
Upon our second request we have found that we haven been billed twice once on CellC and Discovery mobile, when our initial contract was taken via discovery mobile now we have been paying our Vitality since July 2013 and decided to go with Discovery Mobile. This is appalling as now once again she has advised that she will be listening to the call recordings ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS SINCE SHES BEEN DOING THAT WITH NO RESPONSE FROM HER OR THE CELL C. Upon me asking how long this would take she just told me she doesnt know and cant give me an ETA to sort outmy problem.
This is disgusting I strongly suggest to everyone that you do not decide to have Cell C as your service provider as their customer service is putrid.
I will be seeking legal advice on how to get out of this contract and will be approaching media in this regard too.
I no longer want this contract. Also will be cancelling my Discovery Health MembershipThanks Cell C
