Cell C
Being Robbed Blind!

I don't recommend Cell C to anyone. And if you already are a customer, I suggest you don't take the so called "advances" offered. A little over an hour ago I took an advance of R25 meaning I would have to pay in a R26 as an extra R1 is asked which sound's reasonable. However, I did not receive the advance at all, yet I now have to automatically pay in a R26 that I never used or received. This is!!! It's and this all feels like a. January 13th I took the advance of R50, repaid the owing balance of R51 by recharging a R60 meaning I should of had a R9 remaing but I never received that either. What's more is that when you call in to the call centers, you have to deal with nonchalant attitudes of call center agents. So many people complain about Cell C. Why are so many people complaining? Why is Cell C us? South Africans are known for being hard working. The least you could do is simply be fair. is not only a crime but it is also a sin.
