3G Network unavailable

Hi

I just wanted to know why is it so difficult for us in this area to get 3G network on our cellphones. We only get Edge which is extremely slow. What's the point of having these Vodacom towers on our mountains if we are not getting 3G? Is there anything that can be done for us also to have 3G Network coverage? I'm from Mphahlele Village, Limpopo
