Appalling service

We had to pay a substantial amount beforehand to get ADSL, after about a week someone eventually showed up to install the wifi rooter and ADSL, but something was wrong and they couldn't finish the job. It has now been a week, no one has contacted me yet to as to say when they will come finish the job we paid for or returned my e-mails or calls.
This type of service is disgusting, considering we've paid and now their just ignoring the problem.
