Still no signal after many promises

I previously complained about having no signal. Cell c sent somebody who came to test the signal. Then the 2 installers arrived to check the signal. They promised me installation of a booster arial. This installation would have been early in Jan,

I have not heard another word from anybody. I called Cell C Wednesday just to find out that according to them an arial has been installed on the 12th of Desember.

I talked to them on facebook as well and was promised that somebody would get back to me. Nothing.
