Need a response from telkom

Did a call to telkom on the 18 December 2013 to transfer my land-line to my new address, nobody has come back to me they gave me a ref:43-1252513, they told me I qualify for a free cordless phone, but then they say within 2 months of service installation, this is the second time telkom is messing me around.
