I received my monthly bill 3 months ago, and it jumped from R475 to R900. When i spoke to customer services i was told it was subscription charges, and they explained how to deactivate it. Then next bill (November) i was charged R900 again. I contacted customer services they then told me its not subscription charges but never said why i was being charged so high. They take forever to get back to me, and i seem to deal with different people every time. I have dealt with Thobekile Khuzwayo, Letta Makhubu, Oscar Mkabi, and one other lady who's name i can't remember.

They are also charging me for BIS when i don't have a blackberry or BIS plan. I have asked for a refund on this as well which they say they dealing with but never get back to me.

I am long time customer of MTN and getting sick of this. They are my money. They have sent me my bill for December of R600 when i was only in the country for the first few days of dec.

All i want is my money back and for them to sort out these issues.
