I have a blackberry and have full bis. In december 2012 i got an enormous bill for data charges (the whole bill was like 8000), as to where i have never been charged for downloads in the past. Upon asking mtn, i was told that that had changed and there is now a cap on the bis. This was not told to me when i did an upgrade with mtn in november 2012. If i know they had capped the bis i would not have upgraded to another blackberry contract. So i had to borrow money to pay the bill. Now they removed the cap again and bis users are free to download like they have done in the past. Mtn's facebook page confirmed this. Why changed it back now after so many people had to cough up after mtn did not inform them of this change. I feel they should compensate me in some way for the bill i had to endure in december 2012. How can they change something and then change it back.
