I had a contract with Mtn that expired on 15 May 2013.A month before (15 April 2013) the expiry of this contract I notified Mtn that I had no intentions to renew the contract or even move to their pre paid service. My reasons was prompted by several things like their unfriendly staff when you phone in & their expensive service which included the per second billing. I was glad that I'm cutting ties with Mtn.

However after several months I realized that my request was not honored when I was getting calls from Mtn & I communicated with them to let them know that I'm not with them anymore. They could see that I did make a request on their system & at one time the lady who phoned said she will make the person who was dealing with this aware that she didn't finish her work.

To my surprise I'm now getting calls which ask my details (why should i be asked that when i didn't initiate that call?), smses about being handed to ShapiroShaikDefries. This is obviously making me boil under the collar when I have followed the procedure by giving them 1 month notice as per their rules & they don't listen..No amount will change my anger on this issue & I hope people will be aware of Mtn.
